British Columbia prides itself on being a world leader in sustainable forest management. Since specific reforestation programs began in the 1930s, over 7.5 billion trees have been planted.

Reforestation has the potential to prevent and mitigate the impact of wildfires, help damaged or low-value forests to recover, improve habitat for wildlife, reduce the impact of greenhouse gases.

As a reforestation contractor based in British Columbia, we provide millions of seedlings every year to the forestry industry. Since it was founded in 1980, Sylvan Vale Nursery has grown over 200 million seedlings for planting throughout Canada and the United States.

We are proud to work with the most renowned clients in the industry, such as Mosaic, Interfor, Western Forest Products and the Ministry of Forests.

Sylvan Vale Nursery is also committed to working with woodlot licensees, community forests, natural resource consulting, and Indigenous forestry organizations such as HFN Forestry LP, Taan Forest and Tsain-Ko Forestry Development Corporation and Klahoose Forestry Limited Partnership.
