Our experienced and knowledgeable staff ensures that you are provided with excellent service from seed to site.

Encompassing 3 generations the nursery is currently managed by twin sisters Iola Elder and Siriol Paquet whose parents, Selwyn and Phyllis Jones, established the nursery in 1980.  The third generation is also now a part of the day to day operations. Our staff, many of whom have been with the nursery for over 20 years, also continue to play an important role in the success of the nursery.

Beginning with one greenhouse, the nursery has expanded over the years to over 200,000 sq ft of computer monitored growing space.  Currently, we have 44 freestanding greenhouses and 2 large gutter-connect houses on 40 acres in Black Creek. To support the increase in growth, modern techniques and automation have been incorporated along with many new buildings and equipment.

We offer a custom growing program and can produce both container and bareroot stock, either from seed or cuttings. Growing over seven million seedlings per year, the nursery specializes in container grown forestry seedlings.  We also grow Christmas tree seedlings, native plants, ornamentals, berry plants, grasses, restoration plants and hedging plants.
