Day to day management of the Nursery was assumed by their daughter, Iola, in 1988 and ownership was transferred to Iola in 1990.

The Nursery has increased in size over the years. Starting with just one greenhouse in 1980, it has grown to over 200,000 sq feet of growing space.

Currently the Nursery has 44 free standing greenhouses and 2 large gutter-connect houses. To support the increase in growth over the years, modern techniques and automation have been incorporated along with many new buildings and equipment.

The Nursery is managed by owner Iola Elder and her twin sister Siriol Paquet. This has always been a family affair, and there have been many family members that have participated, and continue to support the Nursery's operations.
